You can signup for Google User Experience Research to participate in the development of google products and to give your feed back /opinion about google products both existing and new ones.
Depending upon the study ,you get approx $75 for each hour that you spend with the Google researcher either in person or on the phone . Most studies last for one to one-and-a-half hours. For online surveys, which you complete from your own computer, the amount varies, depending on the length of the survey.
At the time of sign up you can tell them type of studies you are interested in like

Proof of payment
First of all i would like say sorry to all my readers, as i couldn't post any thing new in the last 2 weeks .Last week i got a small payment from Columbia University Online Research Dept about which i had done the reveiw last month.
